The oil generally enters the combustion chamber through the gap between the piston ring and the ring groove, and the gap between the valve and the duct. The direct cause of the intrusion is that a piston ring throws the lubricating oil attached to it into the combustion chamber due to the sharp drop in its moving speed near the top dead center. Therefore, the matching clearance between the piston ring and the piston, the oil scraping capacity and oil scraping capacity of the piston ring, the pressure in the combustion chamber and the oil viscosity are all closely related to the oil consumption. If it is found that the fuel consumption is large, the following inspections are carried out. Generally, the problem can be known and the problem can be solved quickly.

1. Check whether the gaskets at the joints of the diesel engine body and the gear chamber cover, the large plate on the side of the traveling wheel, the rear cover, and the cover are intact, and whether the screws at the joints are loose. If there is oil leakage in the frame position, check the oil shell, mainly check the front end of the oil shell on the same side as the running wheel, usually because the screw of the base is loose, causing the running wheel to protect the oil shell under the pull of the V-belt The angle iron of the frame has long-term rubbing and forming a gap, causing oil leakage.

2. Wear of diesel engine valve guide leads to additional loss of engine oil of the unit.

3. Engine wear makes the cylinder liner of the diesel engine form longitudinal draw marks, and the cylinder diameter and piston side clearance exceed the specified value, which causes the supporting force of the piston ring to decrease correspondingly, and the phenomenon of dirty oil scraping occurs. Or because the internal support twisting spring in the oil ring is disconnected, the oil scraping is not clean to participate in the combustion, which makes it difficult to start the diesel engine, the exhaust pipe emits blue smoke, and the respirator sprays severely, causing additional oil consumption.
