2. After the oil and water tanks on the ship are opened, they are not allowed to enter at will. You should wait for the safety department to pass the air test in the cabin before entering the work. Attention should be paid to ventilation conditions and labor supervision system.

3. Before performing open flame operations on fuel oil tanks, tanks (including adjacent tanks), oil pipes, etc., the oil tanks, tanks, oil pipes, etc. must be thoroughly removed, and then combustible gas explosion detection inspections can be carried out after passing the test.

4. When conducting open flame operations in the engine room, attention must be paid to the surrounding environment, and surrounding equipment should be removed if necessary before the operation. After work, the workplace and its surroundings should be sorted and inspected, and all fires should be extinguished.

5. All valves and electrical switches on board shall not be opened or closed arbitrarily.

6. When there are other electrical facilities around the workplace (including adjacent cabins) that are not related to the construction, the power supply must be cut off before the operation can be carried out.

7. When there are cables and other wooden outfitting facilities around the workplace (including adjacent cabins), the open flame operation must be supervised by a dedicated person, and a dedicated person must check it after the work. If necessary, the above-mentioned facilities should be dismantled before operations.

8. After the deck is dismantled, it is not allowed to walk on the skeleton.

9. Do not enter unrelated compartments without authorization, and open manhole covers and watertight hatch covers cannot be closed at will.

10. The repair work of side plating should be carried out from top to bottom.
