2. Daily maintenance is carried out every day; monthly maintenance is carried out once a month, one day at a time; semi-annual maintenance is carried out according to the main engine running for 500-600 hours or once half a year, each time 3-5 days; annual maintenance is carried out according to the main engine running for 1000-1500 hours or This is done once a year, every 3-7 days.

The main content of daily maintenance

1. The determination of the daily maintenance content and plan of the ship should be based on CWBT ideas and principles, and the concepts of the four types of eight-level maintenance system and the corresponding maintenance cycle in the CWBT management technology should be used for reference; daily maintenance and monthly maintenance should be managed by CWBT The form management form of A, B, and C level maintenance in the technology, and the maintenance plan is prepared according to the technical status of the ship and mainly for the D, E, and F level maintenance requirements.

2. Daily maintenance: in the form of a daily maintenance schedule (Class A and B maintenance). The main contents are: do a good job in the sanitation of the ship’s environment and equipment, inspect the equipment and eliminate the “three leaks” (water, oil, gas), check the battery and electrolyte specific gravity, and check the oil tank, engine, gear box, etc. Engine oil level, cooling water level of expansion tank, etc.

3. Monthly maintenance: in the form of a monthly maintenance schedule (C, D level maintenance). The main contents are: check the fastening of the deck equipment and the effectiveness of the waterproof and sun protection devices, check the window, door, and cover water (weather) tightness; clean or replace the fuel, oil filter and air filter; check the main engine and other equipment Lubrication status; add lubricating oil etc. to each equipment regularly. 4. Semi-annual maintenance: The planned maintenance items are prepared by the ship (Class D and E maintenance), and they will be implemented after approval. The main contents are: check the rust of cabins, decks, fenders, etc., remove rust and paint locally; check the shafting and piping system; dismantle and check the main and auxiliary engines, electrical equipment or replacement parts; check the rudder system and other navigation equipment . 5. Annual maintenance: The planned maintenance items are prepared by the ship (E and F class maintenance), and they will be implemented after approval. The main contents are: superstructure siding, various decks, hull shells, deck machinery and piping derusting, painting, etc. The maintenance of main and auxiliary machines and other equipment shall be carried out according to its "maintenance manual", and other items shall be carried out with reference to the semi-annual maintenance items.
