1. Establish ship repair system-maintenance, management and repair system

Take "precautionary measures" for ships, that is, maintenance by the crew during daily operations. The better the maintenance, the more effective the preventive measures, the smaller the scope of the repair works; conversely, if the "repair measures" are appropriate, the quality of the ship will be repaired. High, the repair cycle is short, and the longer it can ensure that the repaired ship maintains normal technical conditions in operation, the easier it will be for the crew to perform maintenance.

2. Pay attention to ship repair technology, shorten ship repair cycle and improve economic efficiency.

(1) Preliminarily investigate and determine the scope of the project to be repaired, fill in the ship repair list, and make sure to complete all the necessary preparations for the repair project in the shortest time;

(2) Establish a normal and appropriate relationship among ship-using units, ship-repairing units and surveying units to ensure the quality of ship repairs and increase the speed of ship repairs;

(3) Fixed-point ship repairs, such as repairs of ships on the Yangtze River in shipyards along the Yangtze River;

(4) Carry out ship repairs in accordance with the "Technical Standards for Hull Repairs" promulgated by the Ministry of Communications, and select the most reasonable ship repair plan and ship repair technology based on the specific conditions of each factory.
